Prices include VAT at 20% and free UK delivery except for the following surcharges: Isle of Wight £10, Scottish Highlands £10, Scottish Islands £20, Northern Ireland £27. For orders from outside the UK call 01603 782277.

We only accept payment by PayPal, and can only ship to the registered PayPal address.

We use a standard "next working day" delivery service. As with all "next working day services" this is a 1 to 2 working day (Monday-Friday excluding bank holidays) delivery service. Our parcels leave at 13.30 so orders placed after 13.30, at weekends or on bank holidays are shipped on the next working day.

Please make sure you use a "signed for" parcel service such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or ParcelForce. Some couriers just dump stuff outside our unit when we are not here and parcels have "gone missing".

Also please enclose our invoice or something we can use to identify who to refund.

Items returned after seven days may be subject to a return/restocking charge, please call 01603 782277 to check before returning.
